Our stay was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a separate bedroom for our daughter and grandson to share, along with a full kitchen and a comfortable queen bed in the main area. However, there was a need for more storage space for unpacking clothes and a fan or air vent in the bedroom. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the ferry, passing some interesting sights along the way.

I was delighted with this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, with a huge TV, comfy sofa, kitchen area, and all beautifully appointed. However, it was a bit chilly when we first arrived. The service was wonderful, looking after us very nicely throughout our stay. The location was excellent, close to everything Victoria has to offer, and the dining experience, while open only for breakfast and lunch, was enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay even more comfortable.
